Security question and answer

Your Security Question and Answer are vital pieces of account information and are used to verify account ownership.  We will not tell you the answer; We will only verify what you put as the answer. We can tell you what your question is.

Once your Security Question is set the only way to change it is by contacting Customer Service and speaking with a representative.  In order to change it, you must know the answer that is given.  Customer Service will not change it or give you the answer if you do not know it.

Viewing your Security Question

If you have access to your account, you can see what your current Secret Question is by following these steps.

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Log In and use your Daybreak Account name and Password.
  3. Click on Account Management.
  4. Click on either Change Password or Change E-Mail.
  5. Your Secret Question will show in the middle of the screen.

If you don't have access to your account and cannot remember your Security Answer you may be able to recover or reset it by contacting support after creating a New Daybreak Account and then submit a ticket through the help site using the new account. Make sure to include the name of the account that you wish to address in your ticket so that we can assist you further.
