• Visit https://www.daybreakgames.com
• Click on Login > Enhanced Security and enter your current login credentials.
• Install the Google Authenticator Phone App on either an Android or Apple device.

IMPORTANT: SAVE THE SCRATCH CODES!
Google Authenticator scratch codes are emergency one-time backup codes that you can use to access your Daybreak account if you are without access to your phone, or the link inside the Google Authenticator app. For your convenience and security, copy and store the backup account access codes in a secure location.

• After you have successfully saved a secure backup of the Scratch Codes, let's register your account with Google Authenticator. Registering Google Authenticator on your account starts with linking the Authenticator phone app by scanning a QR code. 
• Scan the QR code and follow the steps on your phone to successfully add your Daybreak account.
• AFTER you have activated the QR code AND are able to receive codes on your phone, click the Verify Google Authenticator button.

IMPORTANT: Before adding Google Authenticator, please double check that you have successfully saved a secure backup of the SCRATCH CODES. Customer Support is unable to remove Google Authenticator manually so these codes will be necessary in the event that you lose access to your phone.

• Once you have verified the "SCRATCH CODES" have been backed up, please enter the code from your Google Authenticator app within the time displayed to add it to your Daybreak account.

Congratulations, it's done!

How to Login:
Once Google Authenticator is successfully added to your account, please be sure to enter the 6 digit code after your password to login to both the games and web sites. 

Example: Password123456

If you receive an Invalid Credentials error message, please be sure you are entering the 6 digit code after your password. Also, be sure to wait 5 minutes after a failed attempt before trying again.

IMPORTANT: If you cancel the linking process before it is completed or experience an error during verification, please make sure to save the new "SCRATCH CODES" since new codes will be provided. Customer Support is unable to remove Google Authenticator manually so these codes will be necessary in the event that the phone is not accessible.

How to Remove Google Authenticator:
In order to remove Google Authenticator, simply click on Remove Google Authenticator and enter the Google Authenticator Code.
