How to Submit a Social Account Ban Appeal
If you wish to submit an appeal for a banned social account (such as Discord, Facebook, or the official forums, etc.), please follow the steps below:
1. Create a free Daybreak Games account (for the purposes of contacting the Community team) here. If you already have a Daybreak Games account with a verified email address, please skip to step 4.
2. Check your email inbox for a welcome email and select Verify Your Email.
3. Login to your Daybreak account and complete the process.
4. Visit the Daybreak Support site here.
5. Click on "Sign In"
Important: If you continuously see a "Sign in" option after logging in, try changing the email address on your account. If you don't have a different email address, you can simply add numbers to your existing address.
Example:
Change "myemailaddress@email.com" to "myemailaddress+1234@email.com"
Once the email address is changed, please verify it and then attempt to sign in again.
6. Login to your Daybreak Games account.
7. Select "Contact Support".
Important: Under the How can we help you? drop down menu, select "I have a social media or forum account access issue."
8. Fill out all of the fields. Submit and await a reply. Please note that our Community team has 30 days to reply. Be sure to include accurate information on the form to prevent any delays. We appreciate your patience during this time.
NOTE: Standing Stone Games and Magic Online players may not have a Daybreak Games account. A current Dungeons & Dragons Online or The Lord of the Rings Online or Magic Online game account will not work. However, DDO, LOTRO and MTGO customers can create a Daybreak Games account (for the purposes of contacting the Community team) here.
