If you are coming back to the game and finding your character gone, you are likely to be logging the wrong account. Please use the link below to find the account.
Recently deleted* characters can be restored for 1500DBC in the Show Deleted menu found at the bottom of your character select screen.
*Characters that were deleted on the pre-merge severs, like Crushbone for example, are not able to be restored at all. We understand they may appear as having been on the post-merge servers for some users.
