How do I get help?
The first thing you'll want to do is click the big orange Get Help button over on the right. It looks a little bit like this:
- Type in your question
- If you see your question in the list, click that option and see if it answers your question. (Remember, even if you still need help from an agent, the article most likely tells you what information we will need to you or steps to try first.)
- If your question isn't there, click the Answer Not There. Continue. button. It's also orange.
- If the article doesn't help, or you still need help from an agent, click the big orange Contact Support button over where the "Get Help" button used to be.
I still don't see the Contact Support button.
You must be logged into a valid Daybreak Games account in order to contact support (obviously it does not have to be the one you are trying to recover.)
How do I update my current ticket or see old tickets?
You can update your current ticket by either replying to the email, or you can update it right from the website.
To update your ticket from the website, look for the "My ticket activity" button on the right side of the page.
