How Do I Contact Customer Service?

Once you click the Contact Support button above, you will be presented with a login page since you must have an account to submit a ticket. However, if you are unable to log in to your account, we can still help out! Simply create a new Daybreak account here.
We also offer the option to login with your Steam account. However, if you do not play Z1 Battle Royale, we recommend logging in with a Daybreak account to make the process a little faster and easier.
After verifying your account through Steam, you will automatically be directed back to our Help site. If you haven't already given us your email, you will be asked to provide one (and verify it as well) so that we can communicate with you.
How do I update my current ticket or view older tickets?
You can update your current ticket by replying to the email or you can update it from the website as well.
If you would like to update your ticket from our website, look for the "My ticket activity" button on the right side of the page.
