All Access Membership FAQ

What is an All Access Membership?

All Access is an all in one recurring membership that grants the account many premium benefits for all of the games listed below for one recurring monthly fee!

*10% discount will apply only to marketplace purchases made using Daybreak Cash or Real-World Currency. Excludes Daybreak Cash top ups, Krono, All Access Membership purchases, and purchases made using certs, gold, or other in-game currencies.

**500 Daybreak Cash Reward must be claimed each month from the in-game Marketplace. You have 30 days from the start of the membership month to claim the Daybreak cash before it expires. We are sorry to say that we are unable to retroactively grant any Daybreak cash that has expired.


Does the All Access Membership include the game?

Our base games are Free to Play. However, there are additional in-game expansions offered for some games that must be purchased in order to enjoy them.

 

How much does an All Access Membership cost?

The current pricing and benefits information can be found here. We offer a month-to-month option, as well as 3, 6, and 12 month options if you prefer to purchase in advance and save. For all of our All Access Membership plans, you will be billed the full amount once you authorize the purchase. All plans are recurring until canceled.

What if I wish to cancel the All Access Membership plan?

Please note that All Access Membership is recurring, and we do not offer a one-time purchase. However, if you do not want to be automatically charged again after your membership ends, you can cancel right after you purchase the membership. Not to worry, you will still be able to use the membership time you purchased, it just cancels any future automatic billing.

If you wish to cancel your membership, please check out this article. Once you cancel the plan, you will receive an emailed confirmation to the email address associated with the account so it will be useful to make sure that the account information is up to date.

 

What is NOT included in All Access Membership?

Daybreak Games All Access Membership does not include certain services for which Daybreak Games may from time to time charge, such as character name changes, server transfers, and account to account transfers. Additionally, you must provide and pay for your own Internet access and all required hardware to play our games.

 

Are Daybreak Game Cards a valid form of All Access Membership Payment?

Game Cards are no longer a valid form of payment. We discontinued their use in October of 2015 and they are no longer redeemable in our games. We apologize for any difficulty or inconvenience this may cause.

Does an All Access Membership cover multiple Daybreak Games accounts?

No, each account will need to purchase its own All Access Membership to enjoy the benefits. All Access Membership is good for only a single account and you must subscribe with each account separately.

 

Can I transfer my All Access Membership time between accounts?

No, All Access Membership time is non-transferable.

 

How do I claim the 500 Daybreak Cash benefit each month?

You will need to log into any eligible Daybreak Game to claim your monthly cash. Use the claim button located in the associated game Marketplace/Depot to claim the Daybreak Cash. Once you have claimed it, the Daybreak Cash will be added to your Wallet balance right away.

 

Why are you making us log into the game to claim our grant?

We recognize that this is an added step for you and apologize for any inconvenience or difficulty this may cause. We are working very hard to make it really easy to claim. We want to encourage players to log into our games more, enjoy playing our games more often, and have fun spending the Daybreak Cash they have been granted!

 

How will I know when the 500 Daybreak Cash claim is available or if it has been claimed already?

Each game will have a user interface feature on the Marketplace/Depot screen to inform you when the next 500 Daybreak Cash reward is available or the date your current Daybreak Cash claim will expire. The countdown timer is to accurate to the millisecond of when you purchased the All Access Membership plan, so even though there is a date, the time will vary depending on when it was purchased. It is best to try waiting up to 24 hours after your claim date for it to become available. If you are unable to claim it after 24 hours of the expected claim date, please feel welcome to contact our support team and we will be very happy to check it out for you!

 

If I forget to claim my 500 Daybreak Cash, may I still claim it later?

You have 30 days from the claim date to claim the Daybreak Cash before it expires. Once the claim expires, it cannot be retroactively granted to an account.

Promotional Memberships

We sometimes have limited time offers that expire on the date that is noted. Once a promotion ends, Daybreak Games support will not be expected to have the ability to offer the account the same promotional pricing. Once it has expired, it is gone for good.
