How Do I Resolve a 4-503 Error?

If you are experiencing a 4-503 error, you will want to try removing some files associated with the LaunchPad.


The files are located in one of these locations on your computer:

LaunchPad.libs\Cache folder
Once you have found the locations listed above, please delete the following files:
  • Cookies
  • Cookies-journal

Once that is done, simply log in to the LaunchPad with your Daybreak username and password. If you need help with recovering your account, you can use this article. Have fun!
