Most players find that removing the Razer Chroma SDK from their computers will resolve the crash. Luckily this is very easy to do. (note: this may disable and even remove your Chroma profile and functionality)

• Press the Windows key, type “Add or remove programs” and hit enter.
• Scroll down until you see “Razer Chroma SDK”.
• Click on “Razer Chroma SDK” and select uninstall.

If this does not resolve the issue or if you wish to keep Razer Chroma installed, you can try running a repair on Razer Synapse.

• Press the Windows key, type “Add or remove programs” and hit enter.
• Scroll down until you see “Razer Synapse”.
• Click on “Razer Synapse” and select uninstall.
• Once Razer Synapse has opened select “Repair”.
