Why haven't I received my PSN purchase in H1Z1 PS4?
Some PS4 players are experiencing a delay before receiving their PSN purchase.
We have made some additional adjustments to our system and believe that a good portion of players affected by the purchase issue should now have received their items.
If you have not yet received your purchase, please try these steps;
1. Log completely out of the game as well as PSN
2. Re-log into PSN
3. Re-launch/login to H1Z1
4. Check for your items
NOTE: It's possible you may need to repeat the above steps for the grant to take place.
