One of the game resources failed to load. Close the game and try again.

Disable any proxy settings

In almost all cases we have found that this error is caused by proxy settings.

How to disable proxy settings (Windows 10 only)

1. Type Proxy on the start menu search
2. Click on Change proxy settings
3. Under Automatic proxy setup, move the Automatically detect settings bar to On
4. Under Manual proxy settings, move the Use a proxy server bar to Off
