How do I purchase items on the Marketplace?

Opening the Marketplace:

Open up the PDA (Escape on PC, or Options button on the PS4 (navigate to the Marketplace icon on the far right using R2). Once open, select the shopping cart icon: as you do, you'll be asked if you wish to launch the Marketplace (and close the PDA) - click OK to continue.

For the PC:

Highlight/select the item you wish to purchase, and click 'Buy' to continue. This will NOT purchase the item; you will have an opportunity to confirm your purchase on the next screen.

On this screen, you will have a chance to check that the item you selected is correct, and the price of the item. You'll also see your current Daybreak Cash balance, and what the balance will be after your purchase. If your selection is correct and you have enough Daybreak Cash, click Confirm to finalize your purchase. Once successful, you'll see an 'Order Success' window, and you can continue.

For the PS4:

Highlight and select the item you wish to purchase, and click X to continue. This will NOT purchase the item; you will have an opportunity to confirm your purchase later in the process.

On the next screen, you'll be shown a summary of the item, the cost of the item, and a preview for wearable items and styles. Click X to 'Buy', and continue on to the PlayStation Store part of the transaction. You will still have an opportunity to cancel the transaction after this screen.

Once you select Buy, your game screen will dim, and you'll be taken to a Purchase Confirmation screen from the PlayStation Store. Here you will have your final opportunity to confirm or cancel the purchase; you'll also see the cost of the item, and how much Marketplace Cash you have in your Wallet. If everything is correct and you have enough funds, click Confirm Purchase to finalize your transaction. If successful, you'll be shown a success message, and you can close out of the Store screen.

If you don't receive your items, or have other questions or concerns about your Marketplace purchase, please contact Customer Service through our support site. PSN players may need to make a Daybreak Account to submit a petition. Please make sure to include your character name, server information, and PSN ID.
