Stuck characters:

From time to time in any online game, characters may get in to a state where they are 'stuck', and can not move: this can happen when they fall into a bad spot in the geometry, or get stuck in a location that characters might not normally have access to. (between a wall and a pillar, between two boxes, outside the Watchtower or Hall of Doom, etc)

If you find yourself in this scenario, you may want to try using the 'Warp to Rally' or 'Warp to HQ' abilities - these can both be accessed from the Map screen. While the use of these may not help in all 'stuck' situations, their use may help get you back to a spot where you can continue moving and playing normally.
