I sent mail to the wrong character, help!?

In order to avoid sending mail to the wrong character, we advise double checking the spelling and spacing of the character name before sending any valuable items or cash. Customer service will not assist with mail sent to the wrong character. 

If items or cash were sent to a player/account which is currently active (has logged in recently), you will need to contact that player in order to receive the items back.

As part of the mail deletion process, attachments sent to friends that were never claimed are returned to the original owner. The attached items from those messages will be automatically placed into your inventory. If there is not enough room for the attached items, it will go into an inventory overflow. Overflow items will remain until enough space in the inventory is cleared to make room for the overflow items.
