To restore lost hotkeys after a rename or server transfer, go to your EQ Directory, there you will find the files for your character's UI and INI files. All you need to do is change the old character name (or server) out for the new one so that the file reflects the new change to your name. Example: Oldname_server.ui & Oldname_server.ini should become newname_server.ui & newname_server.ini

Please be logged out of game when you make these changes.
