Customer Service has received a number of inquiries, in which customers who are part of a league ask the GM team to change leaders - generally due to the current league leader being inactive/unavailable.  Customer Service can not manipulate ranks in a league, and can not change leadership in cases like this.  The only current recourse is for the league leader to transfer leadership manually.
