If you are seeing one of the following problems, it might be due to the BattlEye service:

• Game hangs at launch or fails to load
• BattlEye fails to initialize
• Kicked from the game
• Stuttering/freezing when launching

1. Please close the game all the way out.
2. Then, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Z1BR\ and delete the BattlEye folder.
3. Then, verify the integrity of the game cache through Steam.
