What happened to my support ticket?
Daybreak Games has moved to a new support interface with many new bells and whistles. In doing so we have archived the support tickets that were in the old system as many things were not compatible with the system.
The support team still has access to these articles so you can continue to reference them if you have the old ticket number.
Feel free to open a new ticket and continue the dialogue and let us know how we can assist you.
If you are searching for a ticket in the new system, make sure you are signed in and click the My Activities button over to the right.
Submit a new ticket
In order to submit a new ticket, you will need to log into the website and use the big Get Help button (also on the right.) You'll still need to enter a search to see if your answer is already posted in the knowledge base before you put in a ticket.
**Remember that you must be logged in to view or submit tickets.
