Why don't I receive Daybreak emails?
If you are not receiving emails from our Customer Service Representatives or automated emails from the Daybreak Games site, then your security settings might be set too high and the emails were likely routed to the junk mail bin or blocked completely. Please lower your email settings, if possible. Also, you will probably need to add the following domain names to your friends list, contact list or safe filter list:
Note: If you are contacting us through your Daybreak Account, you can always review your support e-mail history by logging in to the Knowledge base and clicking on the My Activities link. Even if you do not receive the email in your regular In-box, you will see the update there.
