Firewall setup instructions
The following information may help you if you are experiencing disconnects or other connectivity issues with our games. You may need to add our game as an exception, or even temporarily disable your firewall to see if that is causing your issue (but remember to turn it back on!). Find your firewall company below and follow the instructions, or you may contact your firewall provider for help configuring your firewall or anti-virus program.
Please note that expired firewalls are sometimes still protective and may block necessary connections or ports.
