Where is my Krono?

Did you recently buy a krono, but don't see it yet? Here's some possible reasons why.

Krono Fulfillment Delay

On the krono purchase screen, you may have noticed that it said "Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery."

But that's 3 days!! --Yes it is, but it's usually quicker than that.

  • If you buy krono regularly, you will probably get added to the krono auto fulfillment process--this processes a few times an hour to grant krono.
  • If you are a fairly new krono buyer, or haven't bought krono recently--your purchases is manually reviewed. This process typically happens 1-2 times a day in the morning and afternoon.

Sometimes one of the processes might be down/delayed (which is why we have 2!)

Failed/Refunded?

Check your payment account to ensure the charge actually went through. Also, if you bought multiple krono, sometimes these get refunded as duplicate purchases.

Wrong Account?

Sometimes we see players buy krono on an alt account. If it's been more than 24 hours and you don't see it, check your email receipt--the account name should be listed near the top. Make sure it's the account you expected.

It's still not here!

If you've read all this, and still haven't seen your krono after a full 72 hours, you should definitely put in a ticket so we can find out what happened.

 

Bonus: I have a new account, how do I get added to the krono auto fulfillment process (KAFP)?

There's no easy answer to this, as accounts are added to the process via a very complex formula:

Where

n! = Trust factor

e = Account age

d = payment method

x = (number of krono purchased)/(number of players that fell for this joke)

 

We lied, it's not really that complex. keep buying krono and don't do anything fishy with your account (you know who you are) and you should be fine.
