Where is my Krono?
If you recently purchased a Krono and don't see it just yet, here are some possible reasons why.
Krono Delivery Delay
After purchasing a Krono, you may have noticed a window that says: "Please allow up to 72 hours for delivery." This is a fraud prevention measure that we take to help protect our players and our company. However, we will usually deliver your Krono much faster!
- If you are a fairly new Krono buyer, or haven't bought Krono recently, your purchases are manually reviewed by our team. This process typically happens 1-2 times a day in the morning and afternoon.
- If you buy Krono regularly, you will most likely be added to a automated fulfillment process which occurs a few times an hour to grant Krono to our players.
*Sometimes the process may be delayed and we kindly apologize for the wait and thank you for your patience. We strive to get you your Krono as soon as we possibly can.
Purchase Failure or Refunded Krono?
Please check your payment account to ensure the charge actually went through. Also, if you bought multiple krono, sometimes these get refunded because they are seen as accidental duplicate purchases.
Sometimes we see players purchasing Krono on a different account by mistake. If it has been more than 72 hours and you don't see it, double check the emailed receipt and the account name should be listed near the top. Simply make sure it is the account you expected. The good news is Krono can be traded so you may be able to trade the Krono to the intended account in-game.
My Krono is still missing. What can I do?
If you have patiently waited 72 hours and double checked the receipt for the account username and everything looks fine and still haven't seen your Krono, definitely submit a support ticket so we can help find out what happened and get you the Krono.
Bonus: I have a new account, how do I get added to the Krono Automated Fulfillment Process?
There's no easy answer to this, as accounts are added to the process via a very complex formula:
n! = Trust Factor
e = Account Age
d = Payment Method
x = (Number of Krono Purchased)/(This is a joke, we wouldn't give away the secret formula!)
As long as you continue to purchase Krono regularly and don't do anything fishy with the account (you know who you are) it will all work out for the best. Have fun playing!
