If you are receiving notification that you have a gift waiting, use the /claim command to open the claim window to redeem it. Please ensure you are on the character you are certain you wish the gift as most are not tradable and cannot be returned to the claim window once they've been redeemed. This can also be opened via clicking the square EQ icon on your UI and selecting 'Claims'.
